As a REALTOR® for LOCAL Real Estate Co, Rebecca Gittens is a natural at providing exactly what the client needs. She specializes in the areas of Orlando, Windermere, Horizon West, Winter Garden, and Doctor Phillips. Rebecca’s innate ability to put clients at ease, whether she is working for the seller or buyer, is her superpower. Whether it’s delving into her network of industry professionals to match up a lender to a client for a pre-approval for a mortgage or using her marketing genius ability on social media to attract the perfect potential buyer, she is versatile. She can even do graphic design, which is such an asset in her business. Her strong commercial real estate background gives her an edge. She worked for National Retail Properties (REIT), where she worked exclusively sold their assets for 5 years. She also worked for HFF (now JLL) where she worked with a commercial real estate team of brokers selling retail, hotel, office, and apartment investments for sellers for 4 years. Rebecca’s knowledge of investment properties is superb; she can evaluate real estate and geography to a higher degree than others in her space. She knows investors in the area, as well as builders and developers who are of a high standard. A Miami native, Rebecca moved to Orlando in 2002 and considers it her home. Rebecca attended Nova Southeastern University for marketing and also received her financial accounting certification from Harvard Business School. In love with her community, Rebecca volunteers her time and resources to the local food bank, and community sporting events. She was a past owner of the Orlando Phantoms football team and is now involved as a Treasurer for the Elite American Football League, where some of the members have gone on to play semi-professionally. Her hobbies include traveling, visiting art museums, exercising, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
